How or were can I set "restrictor" to do some practice ? I only know the "ballast" in game

What mod do i need, because when i press download required i cannot find a DTM 90s mod in the list with downloads. I tried searching for the mod on racedepartment but i cannot find it. Does anyone have a link for me ?

It's from the game itself. Could be one of the DLCs from Steam.

The DTM cars aren't mods, they're Kunos DLC.
In this case the 'downloads required' refers to some of the tracks.

Ok tnx, any idea which dlc i need ? i saw the meredes and the alfa in the dream pack 1.. if i purchase that one will it be enough or do i need to have the bmw as well ?

It almost changes every day
 The Alfa was slower on the straights but faster in the corners (before the last change). Now I think the alfa is equal on the straights and faster in the corners... LOL https://www.simracingsystem.com/showthread.php?tid=8162

Tnx got the dreampack now so i have all cars. Unfortunately I cant get the ultimate edition because I already own the game.
So need to buy all dlc separate.
