Hello Dimitry,

Some Antivirus block the download, avast for instance does that.

I added a zip file to make it easier to download

I forgot to mention something, if you couldn't download the file in the first place, you must add an exception on your antivirus settings for srs.exe and updater.exe or it will be blocked.
