All that clues, that you had mentioned, leads me to solving my problem. First, I have weak graphic card (ATI HD7770), and I try to use F3 mod.
Second, because my network is really good I release that the problem must be in hardware. So, in order to help my PC, I had to lowered cars resolution which had been in 4K, and each car had two big files of 21mb. Also I lower a little my graphic options in game, and all of that leads that now I never get les then 70 fps.
And finally, today I've been raced online on Catalunya circuit, and took 2. ; )
