I am getting unknown user and or invalid email when I run the Client software.  Able to login to here with username and know email address is correct. Any idea why this happening?

Hi Kevin,

It seems the accent was the problem, i removed the accent and it worked.
If you wish to change it to Kevin O Hara or similar let me know.

Sorry for hijacking this thread but  I also cannot run the client software and was wondering if it might be a similar issue. Is by any chance the umlaut in my surname a problem?

I believe it is.

V1.12 of the client should fix this but if it doesn't i'll change your username.

Thanks, updating to v1.12 did indeed fix the issue.
