That's just it... Kunos tracks are obviously fair game, and typically anything on RaceDepartment has been policed for piracy/copyright infringement. What I'm saying is that SRS isn't in like some negotiations to use anyone's mods if they are readily available on RD. I could be completely wrong, but unless Henrique corrects me, I'm going to assume running an SRS server is just as legally liable as someone running a Quake server back in the late 90s. It isn't like there are any cash prizes or anything.
