I'm not on VR. But ACC runs better then AC on my 3440x1440 monitor. I have a 5700XT and 3600 AMD.

I use VR and yes, is really difficult to hit a good balance between FPS and quality. I tried this solution and ATM is the best for me (even because the alternative is a 24" monitor)
