  4. Simon Speth 509pt
  5. Robert Duplantier 465pt
  6. Jim C Russel 455pt
  7. Troy Beachem 411pt

Cars

We are racing the Ferrari 312T against the Lotus 72D. The Ferrari is faster, but the Lotus 72D is more forgiving.

Soft tires will most likely last the race distance (20 min) on all tracks.
Fuel needed for a race is around 40 liters. Put in 45 if you want to be extra safe.

Schedule
  • 2020-10-07: Silverstone 1967 (01:23:xxx)
  • 2020-10-14: Bridgehampton (01:24:xxx)
  • 2020-10-21: Spa (02:20:xxx)
  • 2020-10-28: Fuji Speedway 1968 (01:40:xxx)
  • 2020-11-04: Barcelona Moto (01:43:xxx)
  • 2020-11-11: Imola (01:43:xxx)
The lap times in brackets are lap times done by the AI at 100% with low fuel on hard tires. Race winning times should be 2-3 seconds faster (or around 5 seconds faster at Spa). So when you can get near those times, you'll be competitive. When you're considerably faster you might get into the top five.

Needed Mods + DLC

The Lotus 72D is part of the Dream Pack 3 DLC.
Barcelona is part of the Dream Pack 2 DLC.

Hi guys!!!
But, the race will be 1 hour or 20 minutes?
Because on the promo banner is 1 hour, but on the race planner in SRS app it says 20 minutes.
So, 60 or 20?
Let's see on track!

Still no clarification about that, yes …

And I'm also not sure which layout of Fuji we'll race. The big one would be the obvious one, but there's one that's called "F1".
Amazing list of awesome achievements: 5th Lotus 25 2018, 4th DRM 2019, 5th Williams FW14 vs. Ferrari 643 2019, 3rd Ferrari 312T vs. Lotus 72D 2020

I hope this will be a good championship! I tried a couple of combos, and I fell in love with these cars.
Bridgehampton is a scary track with those old F1 Big Grin

Well some good cars again finally Smile
Lap times surelly will be much better than those ai lap times, but not really considerably faster than those 2-3 secs, those would be new wr (finally some motivation to get some of these back)Smile
I am kinda happy the race is only 20 min lol, those 1 hour f1 races are punishment for the body, also got some problems with my back again so lets hope i can do all the races.

Any chance we could split the diff - 40 mins? (20 mins for a race once a week seems a bit short to me)

These older F1 cars should be weekend series (fri, sat, sun), so you get 3 races on each track. They are mostly harder to drive and you can always see big improvements in most drivers over the 3 days. Also there are people who drive only these types of cars and are not too interested in some beginner serries or modern slow cars that run all week long, and like this they only get to do 1 race per week.
