My latest MX5 Cup skin updated without issue to the SRS Skin App for the race this evening, but on Pasha's stream he still had my police car... except he did NOT have the EXT_Glass_BANNER.dds from the police car, but had the new one instead? I believe the way to go about replacing an old skin is to create a brand new directory using your name (russell_sobie in my case) in the skins directory, and putting the new stuff in that... that informs SRS Skin app that the skin has been updated and it should re-download the new files and make them available to other users. I figured if that was failing, Pasha wouldn't have gotten any of the skin at all... but some of it?
SRSTV still has the entire old police livery from the streamed footage... I figured it should have the new banner at least given Pasha's results.

Anyway... not sure what's amiss. Maybe an easy adjustments could be made to allow users to have more than a single skin folder to upload? russell_sobie2, russell_sobie3, russell_sobie4, perhaps? I'm happy to assist in any testing effort if this is something you want to address in some way.

I got the same files for your skin as Pasha got; the old police livery and the new wheels and windshield banner.
