Champions of champions series?
#1
Only the top 100-300 drivers are eligible for the series. Perhaps some type of reward for the series winner? I think it would make for some awesome footage and really good exposure for SRS. Thoughts?

As long as custom skins are a requirement! The winner gets to put ‘1’ on the bonnet and we buy him/her a beer or soda. I would watch it. Now which car(s)?

Good luck getting 24 drivers out of the top 100 or even the 300 that will 1) like the series chosen and/or 2) will show up the same hour of the day. The top 300 is literally International. Smile

It's easy with the right series, If you look at the last C7R or LaFerrari for example, 3-4 splits all the time and pretty much everybody in split1 was at least 700.

So "champion series" with those requirements practically are already happening. It's just a matter of finding the right car that will attract +90 people and the system will do that top 100-300 in split1. I remember even some series had registration closed a few hours early at 92 slots Digiprost 488, and some renault RS1, GT3, come to my mind... with pretty strong first splits.

What you would like is really top 30-50 or only +800 rating, but im not sure is really possible to find the right slot for everybody scattered around the globe.

For sure amazing idea, Alex. I'd watch it anyway if not being able to race it. Will we call it COC series then?

I'm thinking like Russell, can't get enough drivers from that tippy top of the driver pyramid.

But if you can, then instead of a prize just get a human TV director and announcer(s) for the series and broadcast on Discord. That should get drivers interested and pull a decent audience.
