Extruded plastic racing seat, around 50$us plus gel seat and back around 30$ attached to my 'spruce goose' platform.  Very comfortable, seat attached to front/back sliders for those intimate moments   with your pedals!  Other option is my 5 year old grandson's.  Cup holder included!

i made mine out of metal desks,recaro seat out of my old 28 capri .just get a tape and a pad off paper and design yr own

I have a Playseat F1 seat. Not cheap, but there aren't any downsides for me. If you want an H shifter too, you shouldn't get that seat, as there's no room for it.
Playseat have a cheap, foldable chair too. If you don't want to build your own, and you're looking for something not too expensive, that could be an idea
