Try an online internet connection speed test (like https://www.speedtest.net/ ). The ping that shows should be really low. If it's high, it might be a router problem, like Rob mentioned.

test is 125 down 11.5 up and ping is 5 my speed has been always at this rate and ping always at 5.. only SRS gives me 116 ping(or higher) when its working right .I can never get.. also never had a ping in the green on here. I'm thinking CM setting maybe? but I can't find it.

SRS ping will always be higher, since you're connecting to a server located in Europe. 116 ping is no problem. But a couple thousand ms is definitely an issue. Have you tried any online races launching from the actual game, and not CM?

Hi.. Yes I have.. thought it was going to work but it did not. yesterday the race  @6 all drivers ping was going up and down during P and Q but the ones with low ping was going from 34 yo 66 about ..the drivers with high ping was going from 256 to 556 ..my ping at the very start of P.. was 112, then 20 seconds later it went to 266 and never really went back down the whole time.
it did hit 115 for around 30 sec during the race.  I do know it was all drivers this time. not sure what to do..
