I like that idea.

But for me I have a very simple calculation that I can do on my phone.
For 20 minute race
1200 ÷ (lap time in seconds)
eg 1 minute 45 seconds is 105 seconds
1200÷105= 11.43
I always round up to be safe so its 12 laps.
For 60 minute race
3600 ÷ (lap time in seconds)
eg 1 minute 45 seconds is 105 seconds
3600÷105= 34.29
I always round up to be safe so its 35 laps.
To work it out for different length races
(Race length in minutes) x 60= race length in minutes
÷(lap time in second)
= Number of laps
The to work out your fuel
fuel per lap x number of laps
