I did some editing to the formula skin (first time! 
but the skin app didn't work.. 
Templates to almost all the cars can be found in directory assettocorsa/sdk/dev/skin_templates/ but F2004 was not there.
I found the F2004 skin themplate here:

You get photoshop psd files dds. I edited the files in Photoshop. If you want to open and save dds files in Photoshop, you need to install Nvidia Texture Tools:
