Surely the best way to do this and how I thought it worked, is the highest global rating (raced more SRS races no matter what series) be put together and the lower rankings fill the gaps or on 2nd Server, as they are the drivers that have put in the time and effort.

I.e - if there was over 30 drivers reg and I had rating of 100, I would not expect to be in server 1
