He won't be shown a blue flag as he is behind you.
He is well within his rights to overtake you but he really should make sure not to take you out.
If it was me I would let him past. Its no skin off my nose as he is nowhere near taking a position from me and it means less chance of him taking me off while trying to pass. Who knows he might take out the person I am trying to catch
