You can use youtube, vimeo etc...
The logic is simple, if you 'feel' that a certain incident was beyond what you would consider a race incident, then you should fill the protest form(s).
You have misunderstood the logic here, by reporting, you are not determinating whats wrong or right, that's up to us.
