RE: Low attendance at races with ford spec racer - Simon Meisinger - 10-21-2019 yes, you can use your own setup RE: Low attendance at races with ford spec racer - Ben Nash - 10-21-2019 I entered the race and hate the car even more than I thought was humanly possible. It's manageable, but feels like trying to shave a furious cat while wearing WD40 soaked boxing gloves. All in slow motion for added boredom/drama. Never again. I've been driving the new Shaun Clarke Radical and that is a fantastic car. I stupidly thought the Ford Potato Spec Racer would feel like a basic version of something like that. RE: Low attendance at races with ford spec racer - Michal Janak - 10-21-2019 Spec need gentle driving no sudden moves no suden change of speed RE: Low attendance at races with ford spec racer - Ben Nash - 10-21-2019 Yep, I understand and can drive it relatively well/fast. I can even hold it in a 4 wheel slide. I just don't get any enjoyment from it. It's like playing one of these games. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51hBXWevpLL._SX355_.jpg I like the AC Skippy and the Ben O Bro Caterham and I guess I expected the Ford to feel a little more like those. |
