Hello,  I just participated in the race at 22:00 GMT and it's been about 30 minutes since the race ended and my rating and incident average has remained the same and the results are only back for the 2nd split.  Also after practice ended it took about 5 minutes for the qualifying session to start.  Is SRS just being slow today, or is this just a coincidence?  I am also curious if this has happened before because I have had to wait ~1 minute for qualifying to start but never as long as we did.  Also just curious if the results will be lost from that race.

Some times a server just does what computers do some times and mess up.

There are times when results take a while to register. Have a look tomorrow, if they are not there then it might have been one of the few times that the results have been lost.
