Early Warning when creating Private Messages to users that have them disabled?
#1
I just finished writing an apology PM to Damien Johnson for a lap 1 mishap in the Radical race at Silverstone, only to find out AFTER I wrote the whole thing and sent it that he has messages disabled. Is there any way that users with private messages disabled either would not show up in the list of valid users when you type them in, or in some way indicated before people write a few paragraphs at someone only to find out they wasted their time? This has happened a number of times to me in the past. Sad

I'd like that option too.

I'd just disable the option to disable PMs. Because I see no reason why this should even be possible in a forum like this one.

Good point. It isn't like people have to read them or pay attention to their in box. I know Gamermuscle ignores every PM he gets. Big Grin
