Did you get in a race with your skin in the state shown in the Youtube pic at one point, and then go back and join a different race with your final skin? I have an ongoing theory (not yet confirmed by SRSAdmin) that the SRSTV client does not restart its client before the race starts. So the theory is that something like this happened:
1) You create skin A, which is mostly white and such... maybe you don't fully export it correctly at first or something.
2) You join race A, and skin A gets uploaded to SRSTV client. You finish this race.
3) You fix your skin (skin B).
4) You join race B, and while skin B gets uploaded to SRSTV client, SRSTV client still has skin A for the CURRENT RACE. And this is what shows in the youtube video.
5) You join race C with no changes to your skin, and SRSTV (having been restarted since your second race) now should have the correct skin from now on.
Confirm/deny?
