Feel free to bring up your thoughts there, but this is how skins on video game models work: if someone can see your skin in game, they have access to selecting it themselves. It may be possible to programatically prevent folks from using skins that are "registered" to other users, but it likely isn't worth SRSAdmin's time to implement such a thing. Consensus is to alter your preview.jpg such that it will be painfully obvious to other users that your skin is not a stock skin at livery selection.
