I run my process based on a Youtube video

1) skin drawing with Photoshop
2) JPG export
3) JPG import to GIMP
4) DDS export with GIMP

I do not like this multiple tool work
Is there a way to avoid GIMP? I yes I would prefer it -> ??? is it possible to export DDS out of my Photoshop file ???
