To make it simple, it reduces the power of the engine so more restrictor = slower
Porsche and Corvette have the most restrictor because they're the fastest normally. BoP (Balance of Performance) is used to make cars as close to equal as possible.

Well, I know it's so tough for CPU, but it would be awesome to watch your stream. Please, if any driver is going to stream it, post the link. I was very excited to drive the race, and now I have to settle for watching it.

Stream will just be onboard camera. Brain can't cope with drive and talking lol.
