Getting matured, cleaner, faster and better - Simracing System needs also a proper 'voice chat' feature.
Automated connection with some Discord/TS channel would be bare minimum  -  dedicated application that seamlessly integrates with AC/SRS would be perfect.

Voice chat - as proved in iRacing built-in chat - provides a fast way to communicate between drivers, so its better for safety, knowledge and overall 'pro' feeling.

There's a Discord channel... AFAIK... there's no auto connect to that channel

Well , i have iRacing and one thing i never do is to use their in game voice chat , doesnt mean it wouldnt be cool feature , as long as optional having a go to place where to talk to the rest of the field is a nice idea to a certain extent... as long as people are civilized ofc.
