Missing rating and race results.

I participated in my first race in SRS in GT4 on Watkins Glen. There was 16/17 participants and as the rules says this was official race but I didn't get any rating points. Also after the race I wanted to see whole results but it shows that there was only one server. Did I missed something in rules or these points and results are really missing?
