Porsche GT4 1Hour Races

Unfortunately I have the same problem with Real Head Motion that I have with VR, low FoV and in some cases motion blur... After about 10mins I get incredibly nauseous Sad

It has a ton of tweaks you can do to make it not so violent... filtering, smoothing, etc.. I'll post my settings in here this evening if I remember. They are pretty subtle... and if anything you can use this to make the head motion LESS than it would be in game (i.e. just set the pitch and roll to 0 and blast it to 100% so that bumps in back straight at Monza become invisible).

It looks like a good idea, from what i ve seen it only turns the camera when you turn the wheel, which is (way) too late but of course it cannot predict we would want to look ahead before that.

AC's forum doesn't let me download the thing, eventhough i m registered. Anywhere else to get it?

Here's a link directly to the latest version on the forums, but it will still ask you to log in: http://www.assettocorsa.net/forum/index....ip.109894/

It turns your head when you turn your wheel, as well as when you would feel the lateral g-forces (in the opposite way of the force... not with it... so if are in a fast left, you look more to the left). These combine for the sum of the two angles. Technically yes, it is later than you would actually be looking at the corner, but ideally your display is showing you the corner apex without needing to turn the camera that early. Where it really helps is with keeping your eye on apexes and exits in the middle of really tight corners, like the final turn at Donington. It also really helps you see where your car is going when you put it sideways (controlled with the Slip Angle Look LR settings). The added feels you get from lurches in g-forces is a nice touch too. Everything is tweakable.

Here's the settings I use currently that I think look and feel pretty good:

Hey guys! I don't know how my car looked coz my PC crashed this morning during a race. Monitors all went black but I can still feel FFB and hear car sounds as the car crashed to something which I don't know what. I just slammed the brakes imagining what is happening. I hope I just crashed to a wall and not another car. 5 races in a row already all DNFs. I think my GPU overheated, it's 33c this morning when I raced and my temps are all borderline burning. I guess I'll just have to turn down all my OC and just rest on really hot days. Sorry if I crashed on to someone, please post here if I crashed to someone or the wall. I just want to know. Cheers all!
