where do you have your profiles? is it excatly the same, including caps??

i can find two profiles, one under steam/common/automobilista/userdata

and the second under c:\username/documents/automobilista/userdata and both have the same name called A... G.....

I have exactly the same problem than Andrea Gaida, Profiles name are exactly the same, Runing Automobilista from Steam.

Seem like there's an issue with exact location detect from the srs.exe file.

I tryed to place my "*******.plr" in several other places than the one that should, in fact :

"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista\UserData\Clement Verneau\Clement Verneau.plr" We are understanding that is the right place to be ??

It doesn't work and end to a "non existant profiles found...."


But when placing my "Clement Verneau.plr" file like the following it's working, "Correct Profile found !" then App exit and nothing more happen.

Reexecute Sim Racing Client, in the list that appear, Automobilista is confirmed and wrote in Green, but doesn't have the mention "(Installed)" and relating to PLR place changing I did, App have recreated/double the whole UserData folder content.....

I don't really know what to do now, I tryed to remove config.ini file to but it does'nt work either.

Use the new App, the one on the forum. there is no green name on the new one.
Just extract the zip file into Automobilista folder inside steam/common/automobilista.
It has to stay like this:
'steam/common/automobilista/srsams/srsams.exe'
if you have your profile on 'steam/common/automobilista/UserData/ 'it should detect it.

I think I downloaded the app on Forum first time, (Download Link in first post of this thread ? Am I wrong ?)

By the way, will try again installing from zero to get it work now and let you know if its working later

It's a new App, download from the first post, no install required, just extract to Automobilista folder

Just have to reexecute config.exe and reset Language to fr because the first Joined race has load the Game in english.

Now it's all ok, By the way, In the smsams foler, a debug.log file has been created with following Warnings/Issues:
