Is there, or will there be a process to submit a claim in the final release? I suspect perhaps not due to the admin overhead but otherwise how will this sort of thing be dealt with?
An impact with a wall or slight side by side rub with a car or this all = 1 incident?
Normally I wouldn't bother with this sort of stuff, everyone makes mistakes especially when re-joining after a spin but this looks to be a blatant and intentional crash. Facing the wrong way down the track, no way he couldn't see me, I even slow to ensure I can get down the inside but ...

Unfortunately it completely knackered my steering rack and for what 11th vs 12th position.
Hung around until the end, no form of apology, nothing
