I just shrug when I see someone using one of my skins at this point. In some ways it is complimentary. I don't really think there is much of an element of people here on SRS that would pick someone else's skin in order to piss someone off. I'm fairly sure they do it either because they like how the skin looks in the preview, or they are literally clicking on the first livery.png texture they think is acceptable. There are ways to make it less likely people will pick your skin (like making particularly ugly preview.jpg or livery.png files, or by specifically making them look blank). But yeah... shouldn't be a big deal.

To be honest, I'd rather just drive as opposed to messing about with files. They won't improve my laptimes :-)

I have only made myself a skin for one car so far, the Lotus 25.

Only one time did somebody else use my skin; I was actually really annoyed when I saw this.

I sent them a PM on here and they replied and aplogised saying it was by mistake - alphabetically my skin was first in the list and they just clicked register without changing from the first selected skin.

Hah... I didn't think of the order of the livery.png files having an effect. A lot of skins out of the box start with numbers not letters, so even those with first names that start with A are safe. Apparently not in that case.

Looks like it is time to have your name legally changed to Zachary, my good man.
