My friend signed up to the website yesterday but it still says his account is not activated, what does this mean?

did your friend contacted us ? when he gets that message, there is an explanation and an email address.

He has registered, and clicked on the activation link. He has a private message but cannot access his messages because his account is awaiting approval. His name is "Dominic Foster"
