Assetto Corsa Farewell Season !

Assetto Corsa Farewell Season !!

Dear SRS users and fellow Sim Racers,

I’ll start by quoting a philosopher by saying “It's not the destination, it's the journey”  and what journey it has been!

1050 championships held, 64500 races, 29151 drivers,  using multiple sims: Assetto Corsa, Raceroom, Automobilista 1 & 2, rFactor 2, Nascar 2003, Project Cars 2, Competizione.

We proved that it is indeed possible to provide a free, fair & competitive platform for simracers working 24/7, 365 days a year.

I want to express my gratitude to each and every user, streamer, partner that has been with us throughout the years!

All I can say now is that is has been a pleasure and a privilege!

Enjoy the farewell season from Donny MacGarry, Plank Liveries, Slo Bro’s & Ricochet !

Dear SimRacingSystem, thank you very much over the years I joined this community of simracers. the last year or so I wasn’t around much because it was to quiet here. It was a great time when 2-3 or even 4 servers were needed to give everybody the chance to race. Man I liked that time very much Wink
But those times are long gone unfortunately.
So thank you very very much for all those years of joy overhere, it’s been an absolute pleasure.

Thank you again Henrique for running the platform!!
This was my first community experience in simracing and have made some great friends and memories during my time here. And that is what SRS is, a community not a service .

Everything has a start, middle and end. I hope your next project shares as much success as this one did.

I started my simracing journey back in 2019 when i was 14 right here on SRS, and i just want to say thanks to everyone that made this possible. The community was (and still is, although much smaller) amazing and i've spent some amazing moments that i'll remember fondly.

It was a good one!

Thank you, Henrique, for the tremendous amount of work you've put into SRS all these years.
In 2017 my brother gave me a old wheel to try out and figured what-the-heck, I'm in my mid-60s and can still learn something new!
Then joined SRS and since have learned a lot about racing (but not enough to keep up with most of you!).
Hope to see some of you again on the various platforms happening these days.

Back in 2018, after years of dilly dallying on Live for Speed and later AC public servers, SRS was the first proper sim racing community for me too. Nowhere have I found a group of people with such racecraft and respect for one another.

Thank you Henrique for keeping SRS running for all this time, and thank you all for 1000+ races. It's been a blast, and I hope to see you again on track, wherever that may be.

Happy racing!

Thanks to all the hosts and thanks to Henrique for SRS. I started here and found a lot of friends who are still racing with me. The "old and good" times of simracingsystem were as good as I didn't find any other community as good as this one. Sadly nowadays seems to be time for "services" not for "communities". SRS was a service with an amazing community. By the way, it's good to say that we were able to not be hammered! Long life to Henrique and his hammer. I've missed it in all the other "systems" I've raced in.

Thanks to Henrique and all organizers for their efforts.

Although I'm not racing since a while, I had some of my best racing moments here and would be very happy if SRS will rise again in a new form/dimension.

If there is something I can do - as an organizer, as a planner, as a racer - I'd be happy to help.
I survived lap 1. Now I can deal with anything in life.
