Some absolute bare bones basics that I decided to put into video format: Have a friend who knows 0 about racing and is doing a track day in about 10 minutes? Send them this, they MAY not die . . . maybe.

Sorry that the embeds don't work, I've tried a few things but they don't seem to function for me.
