I show "track missing" with the latest Watkins download (lilski v1.1.7).
Maybe an earlier version got plugged in here?

Yes, it is v1.1 (I see the "7" was part of the ".7z" extension).

I have restarted computer and CM, still listed as "missing".

I had the same problem, but is now fixed. 
I didn't change the track, so perhaps the restart of CM did it.
