Mclaren F1 GTR | Donny MacGarry vs Plank Liveries vs Pollinflas

Your welcome Rob. You got unlucky tonight.

Always try to have an easy as possible setup to drive. Although it did kill me tonight!.

Think I need to add a conditions of use to my setups. If you use it I must finish ahead of you lol.

Put in a lap too little fuel before you post it for others. That will guarantee you to finish ahead of them  Big Grin

That was a really fun race at Montreal (Circuit Gilles-Villenevue). It seemed like a very clean one too, no incident points for the top 10 and then not many for the positions immediately after that too. Considering that these cars aren't they easiest to drive and we were driving on a circuit that goes very close to the walls at points, I think that is a very impressive job by everyone.

1st try this car as unable make opening races aw on the road for customers , nice setup from Michael , into race i take hard rtyres as Meds melted under my feets after 8 laps so wanted be safe, only in opening laps they strugle alittle, but luckily finished lap 1 then stay on road without grass excursions, at end i benefit from my tyres and can puch a bit, more 2 laps and can fight for P6 maybe as cars in front lost speed on worn meds

very happy end on P8 when nearly zero practice (11 laps only) in one of my favourite GT cars , often watched GT1 champs on eurosport in past and own diecast model 1/18 in blue/orange gulf livery (same as in game)

Fuji speedway setup done nice and early.

It's very safe to drive this time. 1:41 -1:42 I think will be a decent race pace

Sorry to anyone who had issues with Fuji today. The track seemed to have issues that hadn't shown up on our practice server nor the SloBros one which is really weird. The last two tracks shouldn't have those issues.

If you find the car bottoming out and going out of control on the banking on Monza 1966, try increasing the ride height and stiffening suspensions. Fast dampers could be stiffened too a bit. It helped me no longer lose control on the banking. Although I need to play with it a bit in practice tomorrow as I probably have now made it too stiff and the corners are a bit of a nightmare, so I need to soften it a bit again.

Monza 66 is a bouncy track!

My step which is mostly controllable! 2:18.3 current pb

The first banking directly after the pits I suggest dropping to 5th gear and using the limiter. You can take it in 6th but it is a handful!

Have fun

Good for a sub 2:10 with a cat on my lap.

Good luck all

Thanks to everyone who took part in this championship. This car turned out to be quite a handful and very tricky to drive at points, but I had a lot of fun trying to learn how to get good/decent lap times out of it.

Congrats to Simon Speth on the win, Matija Rasinec on second and Jari Penttinen for getting third. Enjoy your champagne (but you'll have to buy it yourself).
