In the end, I set BB to 72% (70 was still a little low and gave me some instability at Acque Minerali and Variante Alta), zeroed the wing and stiffened by one point the front arb.
Changing gears at 6000 RPM has been a game changer, now I'm just a little bit under 1:50 (realistically, my safe driving in a race is going to give me a 1:50.5xx race pace, if I'd race now).
