I have been joining a server to race but the actually blinds you so you cant see anything at all, is this normal or a mod?
When I say blind I mean blind can not see the track at all

It is something related to your install.

Only 2(Alfa TZ & GT4) of the current 15 championships have random sky and even random sky doesn't cause anything like that.

I had the same in VR, if that is what you are using? The track is completely whiteout, right? The solution for me was to turn off Sunrays in video settings. Hope this helps.
