I started having these problems while other websites work perfectly fine with my home WiFi, when I try to join a race from 18 to 19PM GMT+9, I get the following message displayed through Content Manager. The vanilla AC launcher doesn't show this and just displays nothing.
Failed to load URL https://www.simracingsystem.com/race4.php

Error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT (ConnectionTimedOut).
I try later on, and it's perfectly fine... It could be a problem on my side, but everything else like public lobbies work fine while this error is displayed.

Same for me 2 days ago!
Rebooted the router and connection restored.
Yesterday night no problems

there is nothing wrong, that page never displayed anything outside AC Launcher or CM.
As for CM issues, you better try the CM forums but it seems you are not using the live tab to access SRS.
