RD skins are notoriously bloated, I'm constantly having to fix them for my Discord buddies. 10mb (Actually about 9.45mb) limit is plenty. A lot of times I can just load them into Photoshop and re-export them without changing anything and it will cut the file size down by half with no visual degredation. On occasion I'll reduce the resolution like if the main skin is in 4k then I'll half it (2048x2048) because 4k in AC is overkill. Also some skin have the resolution of rims and tiny other details way too high, really uneccesary when nobody is going to see them anyway.
