Try disabling Custom Shaders Patch. I have been unable to stay connected online with CSP enabled for a few weeks now. I haven't discovered any clues as to what could be causing it, but I haven't had any problems since disabling CSP. Yes it's annoying, given all the wonderful things CSP has to offer, but it doesn't matter when you can't stay connected.
