Hello from Spain!! My name is Jose Roldan. I'm new in AC but I have read a lot about SRS, I hope meet nice people and make clean races

32 Gb RAM 2666 Corsair
Zotac RTX 3070
I play with Logitech G27 with stand.
One question, if I want to play with Abarth car in a race, do I need to wait until a race is avalaible? Can I suggest one race?

Hello Jose! You're going to love SRS, competition is fierce, but (usually) fair.
In regards to your question, you can only drive car/track combos that are available. You can make suggestions in the forum, but new race series are usually announced 1-2 days before they start (they always last 6 weeks), and are usually a secret until they are officially posted here.
