This has been touched previously, but recently this project added support to swap drivers on AC servers: https://github.com/JustaPenguin/assetto-server-manager/wiki/Driver-Swaps
Now I don't know if SRS is based on ASM (or if this detail is public anyway), but since this is open source, something might be leveraged for SRS?
Allowing to build teams would probably be attractive to many players, and maybe also increase commitment & cleanliness of the racing?
