Hi guys, I've just noticed that Steam is showing an update for Assetto Corsa, which has startled me a bit.
My concern is that if I let it update, am I going to have issues joining races?

Huh, I see mine updated overnight. I've been using it with SRS no problem today.
My update log says
1.16.4
- Launcher: fixed car preview image paths (when installed in steam folder with special characters)

ferrari got their esports challange thing going on and i think kunos worked on the 488 evo challange car that was released with it. so dont expect any updates to cause trouble. in any case if its an official kunos update everyone gets it so everyone would have problem if that were the case.

Oh, looks like this 488 will be available only for those who will register in this challenge. I think it's more like this previews fix (steamdb.info confirms that) than that Ferrari thing.

I see another AC update queued in my Steam downloads. No info on the content of the update.
