Old newbie here - Markus Winter - 04-13-2020
Hey everyone!
I'm your typical boomer (yes, old), and started doing simracing some weeks ago. Don't have a lot of free time due to job and kids, but I'll try my best to get a bit faster and join some races here.
Living in Austria (Europe), driving with a cheap T150 (with three pedals) and an Oculus Rift S (since it was cheaper than a three monitor setup).
To expand a bit: I loved to organize three seasons of a racing event series on GTA (yes, THAT arcade game) called "TEPCOTT", but I lost my interest in this game due to the many glitches (brakeboosting, curbsurfing, shortshifting, don't ask). Then tried a bit of Forza Horizon 4, Wreckfest, Project Cars 2, RRRE (only the free edition) and now Assetto Corsa, which I fell in love with.
Hope to see you all on the tracks - probably when you're lapping me :)
