For what I'm able to see, the specs of the versions (weight, power, torque, etc.) are the same, and also in terms of performances (I've tested the BMW 2002 of the 2 divisions), though the div. 2 cars were limited to a smaller engine displacement.
The differences between the cars
BMW 320 1 / 2:
The position and dimensions of the front and rear spoilers are different. So the aerodynamic values and the aerodynamic balance are different.
BMW 2002 1 / 2:
The same as the 320, but her only the rear wing .
