Title says it, after the series i'm in is over(tattus) , how do i know whats coming up next.(future series).

The youtuber series I believe are all chosen by the youtubers themselves, and then some of those youtubers announce what the cars are going to be a bit ahead of time. I believe the Simpit series is chosen by voting among Shaun Cole's Patreon subscribers, for instance.
Other than that, it is a mystery until typically the weekend before the next season starts, as others have said.
