how do I go about joining this championship? Thanks

In the in-game app, go to race and then find the race you want to enter. Click on 'Register' at least 5 minutes before the race starts, choose the livery you want to use and then press 'Select'. When the timer goes below 3mins a join button will appear, click that and it'll load you into the race server.
Just make sure that if it's a DLC track that you own that DLC pack. If it's a mod track then make sure you have that downloaded and installed.
The Seat Leon TCR is a modded car so you will need to download and install that as well (It's free)
