I experienced the same (External exception E06D7363) and now the app starts but gives only a black screen. As I see the number of registrants for the races it looks there are lots of racers with the same problem. I suppose.
I use Win 7 64 bit. Is there any idea how to fix this "black screen"?

Hi,
I followed all the instructions, everything seems to work well, I signed up for a race but at the time of pressing the button to join nothing happened. Follow the indications below the button, restart the application and it still did not work

a user as reported that the black screen was solved by executing SRS.exe with windows vista compability
I don't know why but it doesn't hurt to try.

I can't start the app since a few days if I try it says "External exception E06D7363"
Does anyone know how to fix this?
