use windows explorer (yellow folder icon) to get to the SRS.exe file,
is it located here?
Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\x64\SRS.exe
usually c:\program files\Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\x64\SRS.exe

I get the Race room launch window for a second then it goes away. I also never got the "Allow Game Launch" window.

you have to login with your SRS credentials.
