Just FYI, I had trouble (as did others) joining the server this evening on server 1. Finally able to join with 25 seconds before scheduled time. Once there, after the practice session was another 3 minute practice session. Luckily, qualifying was next without issue (full 10 minutes) and then the race, also without issue.
A few folks in chat were saying that they had seen this exact same thing yesterday... but I didn't have any problems on server 1 yesterday (other than me being really slow compared to 99% of the people on the server, of course).
