I know there's a 3rd-party app for posting setups, but I think it might be appropriate to have a setup exchange in the lobby. Oh, that's right--how about a lobby for free and frank discussions before & after the race. And while you're at it, how about a Teamspeak channel, so we can bellow at each other (or blow kisses)?

I guess the setup exchange is going to be via 3rd party, but an integrated one would be perfect.

It's done via the in game app. But from the regulations, it is not allowed.
